I've been to 2 poke places around Denver with larger portions for around the same price. The biggest loss is on the protein since I feel like they could have added more. I had a medium bowl and small bowl, and the bowls were the same size - only difference is the medium had more rice and 1 more protein variety. But the total amount of protein seems to be preset and they just divide the portions by how much protein types you choose. It's probably fine if you don't eat a lot, but the large will probably do the bowls justice especially from a value prospect if you need a lot of food to get full.
