"This is a family owned and operated business. The owner who is always there has been in the restaurant business most of his life. You will probably see one of the kids helping also his wife. His style is authentic Mexican with a little Tex-mex. He is always willing to specialize an order or try something that is not on the menu. They do catering no party is too small or large. They also do events and festivals. All there amazing food is cooked fresh in a commercial kitchen and then plated for your enjoyment at the on site food trailer. Yes I said food trailer. YesI know but hear me out there is no reason to worry. Chewys trailer is as clean as any of those Michelin star restraints. Chewy has been educated trained in the many ways of food safety not to mention he only deals with the freshest ingredients and never keeps items from day to day everything is always fresh fresh, Chewy starts hours before he opens prepping and preparing for that days service. Once the service is complete he discards any and all items that where not used in that days service and cleans his trailer from top to bottom planning for all new the next day. Let's not forget his one of a kind seating area, YES a seating area with patio style tables and chairs with umbrellas or if the weather is not cooperating there is a enclosed tented area. All while having an amazing view of the mountains year round. I guess to sum it up Chewy has packed a giant full service full flavor Mexican restraunt into a tiny trailer that has a special place in the hearts of his customers. "The chicken Chimichanga is basically a chicken breast wrapped in a tortilla. It was not shredded and was cooked with no seasoning at all. The dinner states that it comes with rice. No rice was with the meal. They put the Chimichanga in the same container as the runny beans soaking into the Chimichanga and making it very mushy. Giving the tortilla a raw dough texture and taste.
I do not recommend this restaurant. This is our second time ordering. First time was just as bad but we thought we'd give it another shot. Mistake....."
