We have always ordered rare from other places & it’s not supposed to be as UNDERCOOKED as the one we had from BJ’s Brewhouse. Hire someone who knows how to cook proper rare beef. WASTE of too much EXPENSE. On top of that, our child's pasta from the Kids' menu was so DRY & meatballs were too PUNGENT with some herb. BJ’s daytime cooks seem to not be knowledgeable, if they can’t cook a simple filet mignon. Worst mistake a restaurant can make"
