But it had super thinly sliced, lean steak that cooked immediately upon adding it to the broth, then I added the cooked vermicelli noodles, cilantro, thinly-sliced onion, jalapeños, and bean sprouts, added the sauce that was on the side, and squeezed lemon over everything.
