"my main issue with Agoura's Famous Deli is inconsistency. This is reflected across the board in quality, price, and preparation. They are extremely greedy. They have removed any items that were a good value, such as the deli platter, the melt trio. and the mini deli salad sandwich trio. They also do not change their cooking oil oil often enough, resulting in bitter french fries and latkes. oftentimes, when I ordered delivery orders, they purposely skimped on ingredients or prepared the food very sloppily. for example there was a small square of cheese on a large sourdough grilled cheese sandwich most of the bread was bare and had nothing else on it I had paid extra for tomato and bacon but it was sadly lacking the main ingredient. another time, in fact,two times the eggs benedict arrived with eggs that were basically hard-boiled eggs. I learned my lesson, and I do not order certain items from them anymore. quite often,the quality of the items served does not match the price tag."
