"Food was great! It's been a long time since I was on the island. First thing I wanted to do was get real bagels. These lived up to my childhood memories! Only thing that was different is that the black and whites seem to have supersized in the last few decades. This one was the size of a small plate! It was good, but ginormous so plan for that if you are ordering one. Chocolate cigar was just as I remembered. Highly recommend this place for authentic NY bagels as they are meant to be!"

"Lamb was good but I wouldn't call it hash as much as I would call it a stir fry. ingredients weren't chopped up enough thus not getting a cohesive hash flavor. Tried a bunch of other items and I'm not a fan of the food. Pancakes had no flavor, pear jam meh, coffees had hibiscus notes which I don't appreciate in my coffee, morning buns were too sweet...... all in all food has no flavor or one specific flavor that didn't belong. I will say packaging was exceptional and top notch probably adding to the high prices."

"This is one of the best meals I've had in a LONG time. Ohhhh yeah, we've got a winner here. Hubs got the seafood marechiaro and it came with the pasta in a separate container. The marechiaro itself is like a cioppino...and is delicious. He's eating it like that and saving the pasta for separately. I had some and the sauce is absolutely delicious. The lobster ravioli is excellent-LOT of lobster and again with a really good sauce that highlights the ravioli, doesn't drown it out. The baked clams are garlicky but not overwhelming so and the rustic bread has a delicious crust and is holding up really well to dipping in the sauces. We could make a meal of the bread and sauces alone. There is a LOT of food for reasonable prices. Hubs is the "I'm hungry and in the mood for X type of food" type of person, not at all a foodie and he hasn't stopped raving about it. This is absolutely one of the best meals we've had in a long time. I think we may have found our place. "
