"I ordered a chicken sandwich and they didnt put the lettuce and tomato I asked for. It cost 9.55 and the patty was so small I wish I went with a chik fil a sandwich instead they are bigger and $6 something instead of nearly $10. This is our third time ordering from this Arby's because we know places have bad days. The food is always hot but never fresh. They "have the meats" but this store has overcooked every meat product we have ordered. Curly fries are overcooked, potato cakes were soggy. Buns are stale and Mac is mushy. Those "steak bites"? That's NOT steak. Steak is not, or should not be, stringy. They were so overcooked that the strings of meat were almost crunchy. I'm not kidding. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the turnovers are good, the shakes are tasty and the employees are friendly. I have never said this before but whoever is running the Manhattan, Kansas Arby's needs to be replaced.
