And I added a cookie for five dollars after the order. But it never came. Why offer something extra if you're not going to deliver on it."

"This was my first time trying this location. The Hash Browns were FIRE! So delicious and the flavor is unbeatable. Only downside is the quantity, please provide more. The food was lukewarm but that could be because of the drinks so not the freshest to be around the corner. "This is the last time we order from this location. The last time we had an issue, I was told new management would send a gift card and please give them another try. This time I was told the same story. It has been a year. Never got the gift card either. They said, "we sent it!" All food was poorly prepared and horribly small portions. Bread was smashed, butter melted, but food ice cold. No broth in the soup, just noodles, pot roast was a bunch of shredded meat. Not 1 real piece of meat. Turkey was not enough to feed a child. Half of a piece also so thin it was shredded. Horrible dinner. Never again. I will be initiating a refund. $40 and I feel nauseous."
