We called today to make sure we hadn't ordered it wrong and that it was in fact their mistake, and let them know we'd be ordering again. In today's order, the Matcha Latte cup was sliced on the side and between a quarter and half of the drink had spilled out all over the cup carrier. The drinks are great and worth the money when made properly and handled with care, but it's very unfortunate to have ordered two days in a row and had issues both times when it's even more expensive through DoorDash. The Cookie Butter Latte was awesome, just pretty let down about the matcha drinks being messed up two times in a row."

"I had seen quite a few videos of this place online, so I decided to give it a shot. The Houjicha Latte has a lovely roasted scent with a subtle sweetnes to balance it. The one negative is the requirement of added additional dairy that forced extra pricing was unreasonable though. The Konbini Egg Sando is very fresh, well fille, and lightly seasoned. I've had sandwiches like this before, but cucumber slice were not in the middle, having them in the middle makes this much easier to eat. The Taiyaki (1 Piece) is well made, not overly stuffed. The batter is thin enough and the red bean filling has a subtle sweetness. I would order again, but most likely for pick-up or in store purchasing. my dasher had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order and I can avoid the required surcharge for additonal item to a drink."

"OMG!!! I very rarely write reviews, but in this case, I had to. The Cajun Shrimp Fried rice was not only perfectly seasoned, loaded with tender shrimp, and steaming hot, but the portion was literally enough for 4 people to eat as a meal by itself... especially since I mixed an order of sausage in with it 😀 Fries were equally excellent & well portioned. BoomBoom Sauce was very tasty. If ordered something similar at a Chinese (or any restaurant really) would be half the quantity & quality for double or even triple the price 😒🙄. No thanks... From now on I'll stick with Ruby's!"

"Me again with another review. I noticed a bulgogi box was added to the menu and I tried it. This box is big and so worth the price, and the kimchi in this box is the best kimchi I have ever had in my life. Subtle tang, with an almost ginger finish and it's flavor explodes in your mouth. 10/10 would recommend! You have to try it. "

"Shrimp egg rolls with extra YumYum sauce. Delicious! Shrimp are a nice size and the wrap is cooked golden without a burnt or old oil taste. I luv these always get them and freeze them for another day. I let them defrost at room temp then reheat in the air fryer. I just wish they were $1 less because almost $3 each is a bit pricey."

I'm happy to say these are the best Spring Roll (4) I've had in a long time, you also get more than most will give for the price. The House Teppanyaki did not dissapoint.
