"The portions in the Lovers Dinner for Two are exceptional. I wish I could post a picture it came with a very generous portion of scallops/shrimp along with the amount of diced filet and lobster. Then an equally generous amount of grilled and marinated veggies. It's not clearly noted, but it also comes with clear broth soup, fried rice, and salad. ALSO MUST NOTE: They use exceptional packaging and keep everything well organized and sealed. The nerd in me appreciates the top of line engineering put into the design and it's an extra expense I appreciate from a restaurant like this one. They have nailed the carry out and delivery process so well that other places need to take note.
P.S. The Party Animal Roll is incredible just like the rest of the rolls on their menu!

"I loved the Iowa City Roll the sauce and flavor is just great and I enjoy ordering it. But the Sashimi Appetizer is just disappointing? The portion/cut of the sashimi is super small, you'd think for $13.00 you'd get a bigger piece instead of something so small. It's worth it to order the rolls and meals but the sashimi isn't especially for the price and size. "

"So fresh and flavorful- followed instructions / request to upgrade my Sushi and Sashimi Combo (noting that i mentioned I was okay with an upcharge to sub out the Cali Roll from my dinner combo) plentiful ginger provided. Yellowtail can be a hit or miss, today was okay a bit on the fishier side but thats ok the texture being tender, offers a nice variety to the overall texture profile with the smooth and soft salmons and tuna.
The special rolls and the chicken fried rice will be for supper - the rice is such a great value, huge amount and perfect for cooking up in the skillet. So glad Red Ginger has stuck around inCR as the options for independent, authentic and consistently good- is worth the price as high quality and Authentic Asian cuisine is still growing in the area, and the state due to being a landlocked state, have a greater pressure to provide quality options which leads to wanting to order again and again!!"
