The icing is non existent, I've never even gotten sprinkles on a donut that's supposed to have them. Sometimes they aren't even fresh & feel a little harder than they should. I feel personally, they're sloppily made. So I wouldn't order a donut from here again. I used to work at a Dunkin 8 years ago & as a manager, I would've had to fire someone or write them up over not meeting the Dunkin standard. Dunkin has strict policies about food, when it's cooked, how it's presented. So I feel this location is missing the ball with that, if that's even still a thing these days anyway. I hope reading this they strive to do better regarding their baked goods. I will say, the coffee? You can never go wrong with it. Whether frozen, hot, iced, you name it. It's always fresh, flavorful & consistent. They have a great flavor variety all year round. Even at this location."
