"Unfortunately one of the most disappointing big breakfasts I've ever had, and can only really say that it was definitely big and it had a generously large amount of bacon. But, it took 2 hours to be delivered and it was stone cold when it arrived. The poached eggs were overcooked and rubbery and the bacon, hash browns, sausge, tomato and mushrooms all had the same overpowering taste of grease that had been used to cook other foods , as well , and even though I chose rye bread for the toast, that's definitely not what I got....... "The food has a lot of potential, but the execution wasn’t great. The Buttery Corn Ear with Parmesan was super dry. I think it’d help if you basted the corn with butter while grilling ( im guessing it was grilled due to the black charred lines) The parmesan didn’t really add any flavour and just made the texture worse , so maybe drop that. The Mad Mac Fries tasted alright but were really heavy. Adding some fresh herbs or maybe jalapeños or peppers could help balance it out and cut through the richness."
