Typically chocolate croissants have a piece or two of long baking chocolate or a ganache filling. This had semi sweet chips dashed in the middle. It wasn't bad in my opinion, but if you don't like plain croissants then I'd skip over this as the chocolate is underwhelming and the taste of plain croissant can become a chore for some. But the chips might be just enough for those typically overwhelmed by richer croissants. I'd certainly get this again!
