"The southwestern egg rolls from my Triple Dipper® were burnt beyond recognition. They normally come cut into two and you obviously saw that it was burnt when you pulled it from the grease. Very disappointing. The other food items were okay. Texas Cheese Fries were hot still when they arrived so that was a plus. And the mozzarella sticks were as well. Huge portion sizes. Not sure if I would order again from this particular location due to the burned egg roll."

"Overall I would give this trip a 3.5. There is a lot of confusion going on up there and it wasn't that crowded. Maybe they had a lot of to go orders and that was the problem. My Chicken Wonton Tacos were great as they always are and had great portions. My Spanish rice was something you could buy in a bag at the grocery store and lacked uniqueness. I didn't eat it. The portions vs cost for my Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was not a good value. The Brew Pub Pretzels & Beer Cheese Dip are a great value even with the small amount of beer cheese they give. Everything was fresh but the potatoes lack seasoning and flavor, almost like instant potatoes. I would rather eat in person than order online because I feel like you get a better value that way."
