I had like 6 flakes of crab and some cheese thrown on top. Only one cluster of bacon bits were cooked on. The Fresh Fried Calamari also not worth it. I have never paid that price for only a small handful of over fried calamari that is sold as a shared appetizer. No thicker rings. Maybe need to just go to the restaurant for better quality. "I've heard nothing but amazing things about Kitzies, so I decided to try the Fish and Chips. This isn't a "Liked" review but there is no option for neutral. When I received my order, I was super disappointed. Not only didn't they follow the notes to include extra tarter sauce, it had NO tarter sauce. I won't eat fish without tarter sauce, so I had to run out and get some before I could eat my meal. When I finally got to eat it, the fish was fine other than being cold. It wasn't anything super special, but it was surprisingly still crispy and it was flavorful. The fries were average and the coleslaw was good. I tasted the Kids pasta which had a great flavor. I would order the regular entree size of this for myself in the future. The portion size for a kid's meal was good and it came with a drink. The only thing I'd say about the drink is that it had a safety sticker over the hole where the straw goes, BUT there was nothing keeping the dasher from just taking off the lid if they really wanted to tamper with it. I would suggest that they find a way to seal the cup better for safety reasons. "

"Cheesesteak was okay in presentation and taste was meh the meat was overcooked and old and the bread was over buttered and fries were greasy and did not rest. Reuben was the same as the Cheesesteak but the taste was slightly better. i never put a Cheesesteak down and this one msde me quit and move on to the Reuben. the fries were barely consumed too greasy lacked flavor. i will buy again when prices drop or deals. not worth the price"

"Steak not cooked right. Tough. Steak had no flavor. Baked potato was hard like cooked in microwave. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Salad was watery. The tater tots were burnt and no flavor. I was expecting a good meal based on reviews but was very disappointed with what I got. Cheese steak egg rolls were microwaved."
