"I've been a fan of Urgies since they opened and were operating out of a tent at various places around town while renovating and building the location they're now at. Their Cheesesteak is hands down the best I've had in the area. My go-to is usually the Hat Trick (all 3 cheeses) wit onions, peppers and mushrooms and a shot of Griffin's original sauce.
