"The Fried Calamari and the Pear Salad are delightful. The Fried Calamari is crispy, not very oily, and has substance. Topping it off with lemon makes it pop. The sauce is robust, sits on the tongue well, and is juicy without being very acidic at all. I wish there was a way to order or include more. The Pear Salad is fresh and balanced. The pears taste like Christmas, the candied walnuts are fun, and the lettuce and gorgonzola are crisp and fresh. The dressing is great but not necessary with all the above elements. It is a personal choice. Portions are great. My partner and I are were able to split both items and have leftovers for the day after. Note: you may want to either air fry or stick the Fried Calamari in the oven to reheat so it doesn't get soggy."
