"I ordered 6 wings & fries. My food was amazingly fresh and hot. This is by far the best Harolds chicken I've had in a long time. This was my second time ordering from this location and my food was so good. "

"I have tried this Harold's hoping that I would get consistent food taste, but each time I am sorely disappointed, therefore I will no longer support my neighborhood Harold's and will go back to traveling to the Matteson location. This restaurant cares nothing about serving old food. I have received wings that were dark to the bone, as well as gizzards that were also dark and taste horrible, which to me was a definite sign of the food being too old for consumption, however, they cooked, sold and served these disgusting items with a clear conscious. The restaurant is beautiful, a good place for entertainment, drinking and gambling, but certainly not for eating. I have complained about these same issues for the last time, especially for them to do nothing to correct the issue."

"Rice Garden is my absolute favorite lunch spot in Hazel Crest. I’ve been coming here for a while, and it never misses. The orange chicken is amazing, but you can't skip the fried rice or the vegetable egg rolls, they are consistently delicious and fresh and always give nice sized portions. Everything on the menu is really good!"

"The fried wontons were so bad. It came with 8 but I would say too crispy and would venture as far to say that it was burnt. It just tasted like over-fried breading. I wouldn't order these again and would say they need to remove it from the menu as it doesn't taste as fresh as the other food."

"We ordered the Catfish Dinner and Jerk Chicken Pasta. Jerk Chicken Pasta was really good and gave great portion. Catfish Dinner, I enjoyed as well. Although catfish had a fishy after taste. The rice was great as well as the Mac and cheese. Very good!!!! Packaging was good. I would definitely go again, and try some other dishes. Glad Fork & K's is in Sauk village."

"The Catfish & Grits lacked flavor and the grits were grainy with a weird after taste. I prefer cornmeal instead of flour for fried catfish. Salmon Eggrolls were just ok...didn't like all the rice and broccoli. The salmon tasted a little fishy."

"I’ve ordered DoorDash from here twice and even attempted to dine in, but walked out due to the lack of professionalism from the staff. I don’t mind my French toast and bacon being a little soggy—I understand how condensation works during delivery—but my main issue is with the flavor of the French Toast Flight. The lemon and caramel flavors were okay, but still didn’t match the quality I’m used to at Lincoln Park. The blueberry and strawberry, however, were horrendous. The compote was gritty and completely lacked flavor. The bacon was the only redeeming part—it was delicious. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the French Toast Flight in the trash. Three strikes and I’m out. I’ll continue to support the Lincoln Park location—it’s always a vibe, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is delightful. "
