The salmon sashimi was perfect and I got some white rice to eat it with. They do not offer sushi rice as a side so that was unfortunate but the white rice was perfectly made so that was OK. Then I tried the pork butt bun which was a lot of fun, pun intended. It was very flavorful and had a wonderful sauce in the middle which hit the spot. It is not something I usually get so it was fun to try. Finally I had the Mango Salad. It's a light salad with small slivers of strawberries, avocados and mangoes. It has a sweet sauce which suited it perfectly. Since that was quite a meal I sent most of it aside for tomorrow although I usually don't like to do that because I have Sushi. But I think the leftovers will be a perfect lunch tomorrow and will be easy to warm up. So far I like the restaurant and they seem to put care into the preparation and the use of good quality products. I will be back and I am now ready to try the different types of sushi and sashimi. The pricing was extremely reasonable which is why I went a little hog wild. All of these were appetizers except perhaps the salad and the pricing was so reasonable I couldn't resist.
