"Absolutely the BEST INDIAN FOOD I've ever had in the states since coming back from India. It's so challenging finding authentic Indian food, and this place is it!! It came highly recommended by my friend from India, and this restaurant is rare to find in the states, so if you get the chance, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you eat here."
"The food is good but a small box of chutney and a medium box of sambar for two combos together is laughable. I hope they give separate boxes for each from next time, especially for the $13 they're charging for each combo."

"Thalakapattu Mutton Biryani was horrible. It smelled foul and was extremely spicy with few pieces. I expected something for its steep price. Chicken dum and Natukodi Biryani's were unbearably spicy(We like Biryani's to be spicy but not this level that it spoils the taste). Chicken Tikka Frankie was ok though!"

"The Goat Fry Biryani 🌶️was excellent and spicy. The goat was very tender! Hardy portions and fresh!!
The garlic nunn was a bit thin, however, it was good.
Based on this dish alone, as a first time customer, I would recommend checking this establishment out. "
"I used to love coming here for butter Chicken even ordering it through DoorDash the past few times the portions have been super small for the takeout.
And each time I've called because there hasn't been a button for the yogurt sauce for the naan. The lady was super rude to me this time and I don't mind paying it was two dollars over the phone but she was super rude and I did not even get the sauce lol
Maybe it's a better place in person, but the past few times the customer service hasn't been very nice. :(
Great flavor just portions are definitely getting smaller with prices going up. Probably gonna order from here again only for the fact of you don't treat people rude like there's a ton of Indian places with butter chicken. I'll go somewhere where they treat me nice. And give me my sauce for that. I paid two dollars for. Lol!"

"PROS: Gravy was good. Naans were soft.
CONS: Naans are too thick, nothing close to what you see in india, they does not look like layered naans that we have in india. They more look like the ready made naans available at the grocery store.

Desi Dhaba Aloo ka Paratha(2peices) Potatoes stuffed flatbread
Aloo ka paratha is a beloved Indian flatbread that features a delicious filling of spiced mashed potatoes. To prepare this culinary delight, the dough is typically made from whole wheat flour and water, sometimes with a touch of oil or ghee for added flavor. The dough is then rolled out into circles, filled with the seasoned mashed potato mixture, and sealed before being rolled out again into flatbreads.
The mashed potato filling is prepared by boiling potatoes until tender, mashing them, and then seasoning them with a blend of spices such as cumin, coriander, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Other ingredients like chopped green chilies, ginger, garlic, and fresh coriander leaves may also be added to enhance the flavor.
Once the parathas are filled and rolled out, they are cooked on a hot griddle or tawa with a little oil or ghee until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. The result is a flaky, golden-brown flatbread with a flavorful and aromatic potato filling. Aloo ka paratha is often served hot with a dollop of butter, yogurt, pickles, or chutney on the side, making it a satisfying and comforting meal enjoyed across the world .

Irresistible Poha Delight: A Flavorsome Morning Indulgence"
Poha is a light and nutritious breakfast option that is rich in carbohydrates, making it an excellent source of energy to start the day. It is also gluten-free and easily digestible, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Additionally, its savory and mildly spiced flavor profile makes it a popular choice among both adults and children alike.
It is prepared by heating oil or ghee in a pan and adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, onions, and sometimes peanuts. Once the onions are translucent and the peanuts are lightly toasted, the soaked poha is added to the pan along with turmeric powder and salt. The mixture is gently stirred and cooked for a few minutes until the flavors meld together and the poha is heated through.

Saag refers to an Indian vegetable dish in which spinach or other dark greens are stewed with ginger, garlic, fresh chiles and spices until meltingly soft. As the name suggests, saag paneer includes paneer, a mild Indian cheese that is firm enough to cook without melting. The heat of the serrano chiles balances the creamy richness, but for a milder dish, remove the seeds before mincing the chiles. The fresh greens are finely chopped before cooking, to help them break down faster into a silky gravy.

I’ll be ordering again the next time I’m in the Dallas area."
"The GOAT Curry was AMAZING! However extremely disappointed with the biriyani -- the sparsely spiced Biriyani was layered with a BUNCH of white rice fried in ghee on top of the actual biriyani. They sent one Tupperware plus a small side Tupperware of identical stuff as if to compensate the fluff of white rice. I took off all of the white rice and then added the remainder of the goat curry to make it consumable. Mind you, I paid $3.00 extra for "extra mutton".
The Goat curry was perfection though."

"rice is poor in quality, ccurries are spicy .there is no salt in sambar and the curries quantity is too less for the amount paid..Totally very disappointed with the food in madurai mess.will not order again."
"Through this app or in person I have taken Thalappakattu Mutton Biryani more than 20-30 times for the first time, it's so bad . pieces used to be juice and tender it's hard and chewy. rice has excess flavor like lot of masala. U missed ur trade mark and I was not happy with ur briyani today"

"Tikka Masala is the best I have ever had! I ordered it with medium spice level and it made the flavor even better! The Vegetable Biryani is also delicious. The Garlic Naan has a lot of garlic which is great!!
They wrap up the to-go containers with plastic wrap on the outside so nothing spills, which is a plus."
"1000/10 recommend. Butter Masala was phenomenal. The medium spice was a true medium, bordering on spicy which was perfect. The Paneer Kulcha Naan was good also. The Yellow Lentil soup had such a good warmth to it. Make sure you order Extra Rice bc the main entree doesnt come with it."

"Loved the food from this place. The Mysore Bonda arrived piping hot and crispy. It was clearly made to order, unlike the other places which serve already made ones. The DD Special Chicken Shawarma had a LOT of chicken and tasted great! I hope they keep up the taste and quality of food. We'll definitely be ordering from this place a lot more!"

"The flavor of the sauce was outstanding!! Loved everything about it. The chicken was nice and tender!
Plenty of food for the price!! I made 2 meals from it."
"Absolutely pathetic. The murkier monos were stale and the quantity was horrendous just 4 small pieces for 12$.
Then the meal box. I ordered vegetarian king Pao potatoes item. The item had really good amount of fish or some other meat smell.
Even though I don't mind non veg items. I had ordered that for my relatives and they had to throw that item out. They had no choice."

"The portion was much smaller than I hoped, especially for the price. I found it expensive. Food was delicious though!"
"Hydrebadi chicken biryani was great with generous size chicken pieces. Malai kofta was a scam. There were only two tiny balls of kofta that didn't taste like kofta at all, it was very dry. The sauce was more like a tikka sauce, not creamy at all. Do not order the malai kofta if you are vegetarian, you will be left hungry."

"This is not worth it
No wonder why it had buy one get one free
I would never order here again absolute waste of money
