The salad was simple, but fresh; Iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion, a slice of green pepper, sliced Roma tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. "I got the South Florida Quinoa Bowl and it was tasty! Love it was a meatless option. Meal was fresh and had good flavor. Portion size was decent and it was very filling. The only thing I would recommend Soflo changing is serving the vinaigrette on the side. It made everything in the container a bit wet. I would prefer to drizzle it on myself, but I would still order again!"

"I've had the Veggie Burrito several times and truly appreciate a meatless option! Can't go wrong to add guac or get it smothered in their queso but I chose not too this time. I also didn't add sauce bc I just bought some local hot sauce and wanted to use that but you can't go wrong with any of their options - avocado ranch is bomb. The burritos are stuffed to the max for sure and you never need to question the freshness. I will order again and again. Great food truck if you catch them near you!"
