"First time using DoorDash for pick up and first time and last time ordering from The Dog House. I placed my order at 5:49pm from the parking lot and see that they are not busy, received a text that my order was ready at 5:52pm thought cool that was super quick, I drive up to the drive through and let them know I am there to pick up and was met with it's not ready yet and I would need to come up, not a big deal the turn around was super quick. I drive up to the window and sat there for another 7-10 minutes, not acknowledged by either of the 2 staff members (1 male and 1 female) before the female staff member opened the window. I said hi, how are you and she said nothing back and handed me my food without eye contact or anything. When I had my food I said thank you so much, have a great evening and the door was shut.
