The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. I did this just for the simple reason that I like Tuna Salad and wanted to enjoy it again later in the day. However; when I bit into the first sandwich I was very disappointed with 1 major part of the sandwich.
Yes, I had requested No tomatoes on either sandwiches (that is what I got -- thank you). The service area did add more lettuce than I expected (thank you, again). The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me. "Camarones Vallarta was delicious. The shrimp was juicy and flavorful and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The rice was also full of flavor and not overcooked. The Pico De Gallo added a refreshing taste to the dish. The Mixed Fajitas were delicious. The meat was tender and the vegetables sautéed well. The tortillas were soft and warm, and we appreciated how many were in one wrapper. And the Salsa is delicious! So flavor and a wonderful kick of heat that I don't usually get from other restaurant salsa. And the salsa is consistent throughout the restaurants as I ate at a different location the other day with the same great salsa. Compliments to the Chef and Staff!"
