It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. The Muffin Tops is a good size( didn't try it yet, so can't comment on taste). "You cannot go wrong with either chicken or steak! The Create Your Own QDOBA Kit (Serves 4-6) serving size is closer to 4 for adults but I can see 6 if there are kids. I got 6 meals out of 1 Create Your Own Salad and 1 kit. Everything was fresh and delicious. Just keep in mind, when ordering a salad, the meat is not hot. Probably to prevent seam from building up and wilting everything. Overall, I was very satisfied with these meals and would order again."
