"This is incredibly unacceptable! I am probably no longer going to order Wendy's from this location again, which is sad because they are right there. For starters, I typically receive my fries without salt, so I make sure to include instructions to have salt on the fries. Guess what? No surprise... my fries are not only unsalted, but they are so saturated with grease that they are quite soft AND the fry box is translucent in spots. On top of that, both the Son of Baconator and the Baconator barely has any bacon on it, there is a pittance of ketchup and mayo on both. I just don't understand why the food quality of this Wendy's is the way that is and while this is a very sub par experience this time, it is NOT something that has been a one-time mistake. This happens over and over and over again, which makes me ask myself: why do I order from here? The answer: "I won't be. They have lost a customer." I uploaded a picture earlier, forgot to write this, so here is my scathing review."
