"Portions and texturez of the food is always good HOWEVER the consistent problem with everything I've tried here is the absolute lack of salt. Be prepared to add your own seasonings. Pancakes in The Country Squire were thick and fluffy and flavorless. Poached eggs were soft, yolky and flavorless. Side of Ham was ok, crispy bacon was thick sliced so chewy not crispy - that was salty because of the style of bacon. In the past I've gotten the matzo ball soup, the broth of which is really good and well seasoned: however the matzo balls are absolutely without salt but are light and fluffy in texture. They are good with the addition of butter and SALT. No it's not me, I don't have this issue at other restaurants. I haven't lost my sense of taste or smell. I give up on this place."

"This was my first time ordering from The Human Bean and I'm giving it 3 stars. The Chai Latte was delicious, as well as the Egg Bites . However, I was disappointed in the Americano . It arrived lukewarm and I am not very far away. For all the flavoring I added, it just tasted like plain coffee and I had to add Splenda to it. The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Ciabatta was good after I added salt and pepper ( there wasn't any seasoning on it). It was good, but really small Egg and obviously just 1 bacon strip cut into 2. It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. The Muffin Tops is a good size( didn't try it yet, so can't comment on taste). Sorry this is so long, but I will give this restaurant another try in the future and see if it's any better the second time around."
