"No jokes or lies here, I was a bit skeptic about the food at first since the pictures weren't all that great. I ordered the steak Dinner, the Oxtail Diner, 2 Rib Dnners, a Turkey Wing Dinner , a side of yams & collard greens, a slice of chocolate cake & some drinks. First and foremost, the steak was cooked to perfection and was so tender 8 juicy! The collard greens were seasoned perfectly!! The yams tasted better than my grandmas, the Oxtails were the best dang oxtails I've EVER had, and I consider myself an Oxtail connoisseur! They fall off the bone and are so flavorful!! Hats off to the chef! And don't get me started on them Turkey Wings!!! They make you wanna slap your mama they're so good! I mean literally TOP NOTCH!!! The ribs were amazing, some of the best BBQ I've ever had as well!!! And the sauce really complements the meat!! The portion sizes are GREAT! And the customer service is absolutely amazing! They were out of chocolate cake, so they took the time to call me and allow ne to chose a substitute- I chose the Banana Pudding Cupcakes, and boy when I tell you they were the BOMB! "I was genuinely surprised with what I received in my order bc I've ordered from this restaurant before and the quality was COMPLETELY different. The wings I received today were dry as if they'd been sitting out for hours and then overcooked, the fries had no seasoning on them at all (like not even a tiny bit of salt??), and on top of that, the COMBO 2 : 10 Pieces Wings were so dry that it's like any chance of the miniscule amount of sauce that was used didn't even stick to them. I'm sincerely disappointed in the quality of the food I received and I'm not sure if I'd ever order again if the quality varies that drastically. When I'd ordered previously, the wings were flavorful, fresh tasting, and juicy. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? That's what I get for not cooking at home, though. The portion of food is quite generous, and I love that they actually gave me a realistic amount of condiments for what I ordered. They also included plenty of napkins, which seems to be a rarity when ordering takeout. The peach drink was ok.
