I don’t usually write reviews, but this was so bad that I have to say something. From the start to the finish, every single item I ordered was a complete disaster.
The quesadilla was the first red flag. Instead of gooey, cheesy goodness, I got a soggy, greasy tortilla with barely any filling. The cheese wasn’t even melted right, and it tasted stale, like leftovers reheated in a microwave. Absolutely inedible.
Then came the burrito. Dry, bland, and falling apart the moment I picked it up. The beans were cold, the meat was flavorless, and the tortilla felt old and rubbery. I was actually embarrassed that I paid money for that.
To top it all off, even the drink was a fail. It was flat, watered down, and had no fizz or flavor. How do you even mess up a soda? That’s the one thing I thought couldn’t go wrong, but clearly, I was wrong.
By the time I was done trying to force this down, I was furious. I even had to call the owner over, because honestly, this was unacceptable. I didn’t get an explanation, I didn’t get respect as a customer, and I sure as hell didn’t get quality food.
Here’s what I want: a full refund for every single item, and an immediate fix to whatever mess is going on in that kitchen. If you’re going to take people’s money, at least have the decency to give us food that isn’t trash.
This wasn’t just a bad meal, it was a waste of time, money, and patience. I left hungry, angry, and disappointed. If this is what you call tacos, then you need to rethink your entire business.
I will not be coming back unless major changes are made."
