The chilli oil they make is absolutely delicious and it pairs well with the Wontons. Some restaurants make the wonton dough very thick. Shu House doest do that, it is thin without being messy. As you can see from the photo the soup is packaged separately in a plastic bag to prevent spillage. While they are probably more known for their Sichuan spicy dishes, their Taiwanese food is authentic and tastes really good.
