For a truly amazing version of a New York Medium Pizza order from these folks. Period. In the picture I pulled apart a slice to show the 'goo', but hear this. The best highest quality best pizza mozzarella is not white and stringy, it's a warm yellow cheese with more texture *and* flavor. Their dough itself is not NY style, it's New Haven thicker more of a bread feel, but they soft bake so the texture of the pie is soft and stretchy and not a blackened blistered crunchy pie. Just my opinion after 67 yrs on the planet New Haven style is great, I just personally never liked it.
