"The food is good, but the customer service is consistently poor. We regularly order two full meals, yet they only provide one container of rice. Even when we specifically ask for two separate containers while placing the order, they never do it. This most recent visit was especially frustrating. When we asked again for the second rice container (which we had already requested), the employee gave us a hard time and essentially told us that if we weren’t going to pay extra, we could leave. He was also unable to clearly explain why two orders are automatically combined into one. We feel overcharged because we’re paying for two full meals but consistently receiving the sides for only one. Be aware of the unprofessional attitudes and practices like this.
