Okay, we gave them another chance tonight at a less busy time. Ordered two orders of chicken tenders (12 piece and 6) with 2 different sauces and fries. I also ordered a side of ranch. Both arrived with no sauce, the fries were ice cold (heated them in the oven) and the ranch cup was a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying $0.89 plus tax for a ranch cup, it should not look like this. I promise, this was not touched and arrived like this. I dont think we will be ordering here again. I'm very understanding to mistakes happen, but it seems consistent at this point and like there is no quality assurance to orders going out the door. We order plenty of other places, where this doesn't occur. "

"This is the nastiest food I've had since moving to beaver county 5 years ago. I got a Veggie Sandwich 6” , Spinach Roll, Cannoli, and the Tiramisu. The Tiramisu was okay. They charge you an extra $2.40 for artichoke hearts on the Veggie Sandwich 6” and I got 2 pieces of artichoke hearts, so don't bother. The sandwich bread was hard, dry, and thick. I tried heating it up and there was no saving it. The Spinach Roll was even harder and drier, absolutely disgusting. I tore it open and ate the filling with my own bread. The filling was good, shame about the roll itself. The Cannoli was unlike any Cannoli I've ever had. Not remotely sweet, shell was as hard and brittle as can without being burnt and the filling was clotted and not creamy. Skip their subs, rolls, and cannoli. Tiramisu is average. "
