"The pho broth is amazing and I crave it. The extra meat option does not actually give any more meat than otherwise for to gos. The rose milk tea is so sweet it ruins it. Small things in the grand sceme. They give lots of food, it's fresh, flavorful, warm, and well priced. I'll be a regular customer for the time I'm in midland. "

"Food is excellent but be forewarned, the White & Dark Meat Chicken Pho is served ICE COLD. They send one container with the meat (which is cooked,) noodles, and vegetables, and a separate container of cold broth, straight from the fridge. They gave me some weird explanation about not having time to heat it up (I ordered 3 hours in advance.) So be sure you have access to a microwave. That being said, after heating the broth, the food was delicious, with lots of flavor. The Charbroiled Pork Clear Spring Roll Appetizer was also delicious and I loved the peanut dipping sauce."

"Today I ordered the campfire chicken and the chicken and dumplings. I have ordered these dishes before, however today they were horrible! The campfire chicken is supposed to come as a half chicken. It looks like a carcass that's been run over flat today. There is no meat on it and it's shriveled. There were hardly any vegetable with it. The dumplings only had some ingredients floating towards the top and the rest was all broth. The biscuits were old and rock hard. To top it all off, everything was cold. I'm disappointed!"

We had the birria tacos, asado taco on blue corn tortilla, queso (cheese dip) and guacamole without tripe. Delicious! The asado! Wow. This morning had breakfast burritos. They were great too. I should have specified corn but their flour tortillas are homemade as well and awesome. Highly recommend this place!"
