In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. The onions and bell peppers were very undercooked, but I liked the way it tasted. They were warm and the onions were cooked more than the peppers. Probably because the onions were sliced thin and the peppers were in big chunks. The crunchiness of the peppers wasn't a problem and the flavor still went well with the fajitas. "This is my second time ordering from Tacos El Noa Noa and yet again, my expectations have been exceeded. The Quesabirria tacos have hella meat and flavor in them. The flavor consistency was there and the cheese pull was perfect. I also tried the Carnitas / Pulled Pork taco and was suprised how good and tender. I typically do not get pork, but was delicious. Will order again soon. I want to go to the actual truck one day. "
