"Just because I know someone's job depends on the star rating, and the day crew - y'all rock, 5 stars. We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing. Yeah, it's rough and all we can do is try to remind them or maybe get more workers to help (I know) - but the food is always fresh, the taste is always as it should be. We'll always order again from Taco Bell, but maybe next time we'll go in ourselves to make sure it's there.
Portion is good! I always like a lil extra Reduced-Fat Sour Cream & the nacho cheese. I wanted to try the hot Mike's Hot Honey™ Diablo Dip Sauce, but next time we'll go in for it.

"Not impressed and not happy. Ordered 4 things and only received 3. We basically paid $7.00 for a tortilla wrap with a pinch of meat and lettuce ... 90% of the crunchwrap was just the bread. "The 2nd time we ordered from here, honestly we didn't even know it was in town!! The servings are huge, and the options for choice of sides is amazing. We ordered Steak 12" Steak & Cheese Bomb , Chicken Tender Dinner and Cowboy Burger . The steakbomb is HUGE packed full of prime rib and all the fixing, make sure your hungry, Chicken was like a whole chicken, and a house favorite. Cowboy burger is a half pound burger, I didn't even make it to the table the boys had that burger half down, no talking, so a big hit! I was so happy about the care they took to pack our takeout! "I absolutely love this restaurant and wish them nothing but success and prosperity! Their menu items are always consistent in taste and presentation, not to mention you can taste how clean everything is (i.e. some places, you bite into the meat and get hit with a funky smell, or you taste something else that shouldn't be in the dish; but never here!). Portion size is excellent, if not generous, and whenever there are any issues with the order that wasn't even their fault to begin with (e.g. delivery) they always make it right for the customers one way or another. I love too that their drinks aren't overly sweet like similar other restaurants. And many of the dishes are well balanced. For example, the noodle soups provide a good amount of protein and fiber, so I don't feel worse after eating. They have high respect from me and I definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone! I just wish I had more money so I can order from them for every meal! That's how much I love this place!"
