"I ordered a 12-piece box of chicken and it was half the size of a normal piece of chicken. I called the store and the manager (summer) told me she was not refunding my order. "So this is a takeout only ghost kitchen by Laconis. So the state of the fries is not ok. A soggy limp mess that were so soaked in grease tht 15 minutes in the oven on my part made them almost edible but tasteless. Unsalted as well. If these are takeout only fries, then you need to make some that can withstand takeout and not package them in styrofoam. I honestly doubt they were well cooked from the start. Chicken in the gyro was dry. The sauce is different but mostly watery and bland as was the chicken marinade. Jo-Jos were solid. Wings were well cooked but again, very bland and certainly not spicy. Meh...they are new so hopefully they will improve with time."
