The "consomme" however that came with the Quesabirrias was almost all fat/oil, as if they just skimmed the fat off the top of Birria Stew. Their breakfast Breakfast Burrito with chorizo was nice too, but I'd recommend adding tomato and avacodo for a much fresher and liter bite as it's very dense. The 1 Mulita had a great crispy bite, really enjoyed it and the tender stewed steak. The 1 Sope was tasty, but it was much more of a corn tortilla than sope... but the carnitas were very nice. Overall good food which I would order again, just would like more fresh tomatoes and avocados, and hoping the consomme was just a bad mistake."
