"I am torn about this order. Overall flavors were good but there were definitely some issues. First everything was cold. Not sure where the fault lies there. There were pros and cons, but I do want to try them again. Pros: Pretzel Bones were amazing. Crispy outside and soft inside. Boneless Wings were well breaded and crunchy. Pork belly pops were tasty. Cons: cheese for the Pretzel Bones was cold and chunky. Boneless Wings had Korean bbq sauce which was tasty, but the wings were sitting in the sauce rathe than being tossed in it. Also the 'wing' size was super inconsistent. Some normal ones some tiny ones that shouldbt have counted as wings. Korean Pork Belly Pops were tasty, but the ratio of pure fat to burnt ends wasn't ideal. Lastly, the Nutty Chicken Salad should have been good but a lot of the lettuce was wilted. Also I upgraded the chicken in the salad to med rare steak and got less than 3 oz of under-seasoned med well steak. Would not recommend the bacon dressing. It was creamy but too greasy. Overall the salad was not worth $25. "

"I ordered a steak salad. There were eight little pieces of steak about the size of dog kibble in the salad, which was $20. The lettuce was rusty colored half shredded half tore which led me to believe it came from various places? There were two slices of cucumber that looked old and mushy. There were three tiny grape tomatoes, which were oranges and shriveled. And three huge slices of sweet pepper that I had to take out of the bowl and cut into bite side pieces myself. I had to replace the lettuce that came with a salad with lettuce from my fridge. I had to add cucumbers. I had to replace swiss cheese with mozzarella cheese. Who puts sliced Swiss cheese on a steak salad? Doesn't make sense & does not go together. This was a huge disappointment. Between the lack of steak in the salad and the old dried up discolored vegetables, I will never never order a salad from the maple again."

The Meltdown

"Really great! The sandwich bread was toasted and didn't get moist or soggy on the way to the hotel. The meat was delicious and tasted home cooked. The French Fries were PERFECTLY crisp. The seasonal fruit was extremely fresh and flavorful. I only was able to eat half of the sandwich because it was so filling. I will definitely be having the other half for breakfast. "

"Over all very disappointing across the board. The kid's grilled cheese is actually only 1/2 of a sandwich. That's fine since it's for kids, but the chess wasn't fully melted. The giddy up melt was horrible. I requested no pickles and it was covered with them. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce on it, but that was missing and it really needed it. The meat was very fatty - almost inedible. And lastly, I didn't realize it came with a cucumber salad, but it did however there weren't actually ANY cucumbers in it!! Lastly was the dessert. The description specifically said 'fresh' strawberries. You can tell frozen strawberries by the color and texture - and I am pretty sure that is what was on the dessert. It didn't taste bad, but there wasn't nearly enough cheesecake filling and I'm not a fan of frozen strawberries. I would not recommend this place. "

I called to ask if that was a typical amount, out of actual curiosity and the manager said they were busy and she would credit us $3. Fine I guess, but no comment as to why I received literally a half of a zuccini stick-strange, and we opted not to eat them because it felt off. Okay, we gave them another chance tonight at a less busy time. Ordered two orders of chicken tenders (12 piece and 6) with 2 different sauces and fries. I also ordered a side of ranch. Both arrived with no sauce, the fries were ice cold (heated them in the oven) and the ranch cup was a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying $0.89 plus tax for a ranch cup, it should not look like this. I promise, this was not touched and arrived like this. I dont think we will be ordering here again. I'm very understanding to mistakes happen, but it seems consistent at this point and like there is no quality assurance to orders going out the door. We order plenty of other places, where this doesn't occur. "
