"I ordered the portion for 1 person and got an Huge Portion like in the picture, this is the second Time I am ordering via Doordash. The Chips from here are amazing, 1 of the few places I know that do twice cooked chips( the chips have an amazing crunch, ASMR heaven) and the portion fed me, wife and my 12 year old son for dinner, and there was still leftovers(Salad). "After a door dasher issue, involving the driver taking the item and cancelling the order the merchant reached out multiple times and remade the order.
Even after I mentioned this would lead to an unfair loss for their business they insisted to make sure I would get food in a timely manner as it was late at night. (Never found out what happened to the missing order)
This shows genuinely customer care. Something rare in the delivery industry. Without them I would've have probably needed to contact DoorDash for 60 minutes and then cancel my order completely and pick a midnight option.
The food itself was exactly what I wanted, a good serving of everything, meat, chips, salad, bread and sauces. It came fresh, well seasoned and even the salad didn't seem like it was rushed with a generous amount of feta and olives.

The item is advertised as a “Regular Size” HSP, but based on my experience ordering HSPs from many other restaurants, what was delivered is much closer to what is normally sold as a small size. Many places clearly offer Small, Regular and Large options, so when a product is specifically described as “Regular Size,” customers naturally expect something larger than a small serving.
The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
I’ve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such."
