"The Grilled Fish Pack was the nicest fish, beautifully cooked. The chips were perfectly cooked. The Greek Salad was with Cos lettuce & very fresh & yummy, however a bit too much liquid in the bottom of the salad container so very pleased it was not in with the fish & chips. I ordered an extra Greek Salad as a stand-alone item - and $11 is very expensive for the amount of salad you actually get!"

"Signature Egg Noodles was bland and just tastes absolutely terrible, I'd rather eat instant noodles than this. Not to mention with the small portions not nearly enough to justify the $21 price tag with an extra soup that tastes so bland that the flavour can be described as boiled tap water with some oil and a few chunks of green onions on top. If this is their "Signature" dish, I have no hope for any of their other dishes, please don't waste your money here and buy some actually good food elsewhere."

"I have longed for a decent fish and chip feed since moving to Melbourne. Clayton Fish and Chips didn’t disappoint! After living rurally, I was happy to receive a decent sized piece of flake, with a consistent batter. Along with a standard spring roll which every other place seems to have a soggy outer and over cooked inner, Clayton Fish and Chips nailed it with a crispy outer shell and a soft cooked inner! The plain hamburger was everything that a standard milkbar burger is but executed flawlessly; no soggy bun, seasoned patty and packaged greatly! As a big chip fan, I would’ve liked more chicken salt however they were salted to the normal taste buds very well. My only critique is I reckon the plastic bag it came in locked in a bit too much moisture from how freshly cooked the meals were and my order was missing the drink but I’m not too fussed! 4.5 / 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will order again!"
