The Super Mario Roll was not my favorite, the roll itself just wasn't very well put together and as soon as I grabbed a piece, it all fell apart. I wanted to give this roll a try but unfortunately did not meet the standards for a good roll. The Avocado & Salmon Roll was okay to say least. The avocado was fresh but when taking a bite all I tasted was avocado, it would be hard to tell there was salmon in the roll. The Salmon (Sake) and the Yellotail (Hamachi) were absolutely amazing. The fish to rice ratio was perfect. The marbling on both were amazing. I would have posted more photos but it only allows me to post 5, these pieces are a MUST TRY. Overall I wanted to try new rolls to review but unfortunately some did not meet the requirements for a good roll. The nigiri and sashimi pieces were the star of the show and I can't stress this enough to trust the chef and get the omakase. I 100% would order again and I will continue to try new items."
