I’m a New York native, so I’ve had plenty of experiences eating phenomenal oxtails over the years. These were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My only small qualm was the mac and cheese. It had a bit too much MSG for my taste. I’m sensitive to MSG, so the flavor came through pretty strong for me. I ended up pairing it with the yams to balance it out and that actually worked really well. Now the cornbread deserves its own moment. It was delicious and honestly reminded me of my mother’s cornbread. I was literally sitting in my bed eating it before I fell asleep lol. "It was my first time trying this place and although I didn't recieve a good first slice of cake I am open to trying them again. The Carolina's Chocolate Cake had a lot of holes in it indicating that the batter wasn't thoroughly mixed. On top of that , because it wasn't very well mixed it led to a lot of dry spots in the cake itself which I didn't really like. The chocolate frosting was very oily and didn't spread well, it was also kind of clumpy. Overall I would say that the slice of cake for $7 is a bit on the small size , there are other places you could go to which give you bigger slices for $6. I will be trying this place again since it has decent reviews! I just think maybe today was an off day since my slice clearly wasn't fresh."

"This was my first visit to Chick-fil-a for a dinner meal. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ Spicy Filet Meal reluctantly. I'm not a fan of Spicy food, however, it just sounded so great I decided to try it. "Spicy" is a relative description but, in this case it happened to be right on. I found it to be too spicy for my taste. The BBQ sauce is very nice. The brown sugar and pepper bacon tasted just like bacon that was undercooked with absolutely no sweetness to it. The Chicken was a really nice size breast. It was fried to a very nice crispiness and was very tender. I ordered a Chocolate Milkshake as well. That was the most vanilla Chocolate Milkshake I have ever had. Either I received a vanilla milkshake by mistake or there is barely any chocolate in their milkshakes. The Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were very good."
