I ordered the Baconater combo. It was, absolutely inedible . Dried out burgers that were like eating leather and very little bacon that was so dry and overcooked it just crumbled. When I told people about my experience they said it must have been a fluke. So last night I decided I would give Wendy's one last try. First and foremost-are you kidding me???? WHERE IS THE BACON?!?! There was ONE piece of bacon torn in half on the top burger and NO cheese or bacon on the bottom burger. Paid extra for lettuce and tomato. No tomato and a half of a leaf of lettuce. The burgers were so old/dry that they just broke apart. I mean there was no moisture whatsoever in the burgers. See (4) pics showing all of this. I will NEVER order from Wendy's again! In my opinion McDonalds and Burger King far surpass Wendy's and that's not saying much. Wendy's, you should be ashamed to send out a burger like this to your customers. Just had the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak as-is with Rosemary Parm bread (MUST GET Rosemary Parm bread!), which is slightly better than the Club Sub IMO, just in overall taste satisfaction. I wish they would unlock custom requests on this app, or allow for more customization. Until they fix that (if they ever do), I'm leaving this at 4 stars. It's kind of ridiculous that I can't ask for something as simple as chipotle mayo to be added without having to be IN the store or order through Jersey Mike's app directly. Otherwise, they're really good. No one has a reason to not try them and compare them to other chain Sub shops. Yes, you can still LIKE Zuke's lol. "I havent been able to find a boba tea with tapioca pearls since i moved here for college, from NYC, in 2008!!!!! It's admirable to be honest! Well done to the Koffee Kat! You guys try to host events and include people from all walks of life to join. Koffee kat isnt just a coffee shop.. it's a community hub of sorts and I am so happy to be able to say I LOVE the changes and the COFFEE AND BOBA TEA ARE SO GOOD! There are so many flavor options, like toasted marshmallow and English toffee! In my boba latte, I added Lions Mane and Reishi!!!! And adding bee pollen?? YES! The cups are cool as heck- you can toss those babies into your car and go 0-120 if youre late for work.. AND NO SPIILLS! You can take these to the beach, camping, or even road trips.
