"I made a small delivery order online with Door Dash and the two items were really delicious.
The miso soup is made with white miso (instead of the red miso). I prefer white miso because it's less salty and lighter.
Secondly, the steamed gyoza has six pieces and the soy and vinegar sauce that is served on the side is very tasty. The gyoza here can be ordered steamed or fried. I was pleased that it accompanies the gyoza and isn't just straight soy sauce. I like to add a few drops of chili oil for a bit more flavor when I'm cooking it at home.
I am impressed with the flavor and texture of the food and will likely visit the restaurant in person next time. My only complaint is that the delivery didn't include chopsticks or napkins. So be sure to request it when ordering online.
Otherwise, this Japanese restaurant served pretty authentic Japanese-flavored food."

"I want to start by saying that I kept passing non this restaurant because of a few bad reviews. I kick myself for now for waiting. The Signature bowl was PHENOMENAL. "amazing sushi for the price along with amazing staff and a friendly environment. i got the Unagi Roll along with a few others like the Salmon Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Albacore Tempura Roll. The Unagi Roll is fantastic if you don't want to break the bank but still want something with a little zing to it. the Salmon Roll (cut) has generous size potions for the fish and a perfect ring of rice to compliment it and works great as a palate cleanser to (if you don't like ginger to much). now the Spicy Tuna Roll was gone before i noticed so it was really good. the only thing i personally didn't like as much as the others was the Albacore Tempura Roll because it was kinda dry. "Deep Fried Chicken & Pork Gyoza is good if you're looking for fried gyoza... a steamed gyoza in SLO would be great but it sure is hard to find. The Mixed Tempura is also good, however, neither of which is worth the credit card statement in the morning. Prices are absolutely crazy. Overall the food is great, but the price of everything offered is absolutely not worth it and needs to be dialed back. Ridiculously expensive. I've tried most of the items on the menu and I do enjoy maority if it, but its not worth the hole in you're pocket. "
