Severly disappointed in the Deep Dish Cookie...description says it comes topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce. The cookie, alone, was tossed into a Styrofoam container and arrived an absolute mess, without any ice cream or chocolate sauce. I've ordered desserts that come with ice cream via DoorDash from other restaurants and normally they put the ice cream in a to-go dish on the side. If they aren't going to include the ice cream, the description needs to be updated. 1 star for the ice cream, 4 stars for the pasta, 5 stars for the dough nuggets yields a 3 star overall."

"I love the TASTE of Epic Deli, but their packaging and pricing has gone way downhill. I used to order regularly. I love their paninis, esp Lisa Simpson (roasted veggies n cheese- soooo fresh) and Charlie Kelly (cream cheese apples and ham and turkey - an explosion of flavor). But today these 2 sandwiches (ordered to mix n match for 2-3 meals) cost me over $45 - after the $8 discount. I always used to get mashed potato balls but could not afford ANOTHER 18.50 for an appetizer! That's steak restaurant money there. Not sandwich money. "I wanted to like this place because I love Indian food but this meal unfortunately fell short. The veggies in the My Way Sizzler seemed fresh but overcooked. The green peppers were mush and the mango I had really been excited about was barely detectable. It tasted ok but there wasn't much chicken for the extra charge and what was there was cut so small and super dry. There wasn't much sauce which is usually my favorite part of Indian food - and it really needed some sauce because the rice wasn't great, it just tasted like a lot of cumin and not the advertised saffron. The Garlic Bread 2 Pcs was actually 2 tiny 1/2 inch wide slivers of garlic bread, like very small breadsticks. It tasted fine, I just expected more. Sadly, I don't think I'll order from here again. My husband ordered the mango coffee bubble latte to try and be adventurous and was pleasantly surprised, so yummy! I also had a strawberry cloud and it was so delish! Only thing we were not impressed with was the tiramisu. Overall, everything was yummy. The price is expensive in my opinion compared to other places especially for less toppings on my ice cream. I usually get matcha rolled ice cream from Fanny Thai's that has whipped cream, mochi, and pocky already included in the price for around $5-6. We got Coco Rolls for a reward so its a little splurge for ice cream. "
