"I was excited to try Masala Theory, which is located close to me. I ordered a classic Chicken Tikka Masala. The rice was lightly buttered which helped the rice not clump. There was a lot of white chicken, which made the meal filling and I will get a second meal from my order. The tikka masala sauce was perfectly creamy, but I ordered the regular spice level and I felt it was flavorless. It was missing salt and the classic Indian flavor. The nan was cooked well and tasted like plain naan, not the garlic variety that I was expecting. Overall, it was good but not the best Indian food I've had. I will happily order again to try again."

"Saag Paneer is always one of my fave staples and Shaan did not disappoint! In addition to my go-to, I decided to try out some new items too. The Malai Kofta was phenomenal, such a cozy meal! The vegetable balls in it were a great medium firm texture, a bit crumbly if you cut into it, and I think potato and cheese based. The sauce was smooth and creamy and just a touch tangy, perfect to go with naan or your choice of bread. This time I decided to go for the upgrade Chef-Naan and was not disappointed. It was huge, like literally one half was bigger than my head, and was worth the extra money! It was very balanced and filling on its own.
