"I have been ordering the Santa Fe Benedict from this restaurant for over a decade. I was surprised today to find they had changed the recipe. Instead of the subtle delicious spice from the previous recipe, they decided to make it hotter by adding jalapeño peppers. In my opinion, they ruined it. It was not good. They still have the best hollandaise sauce of any restaurant out there. But, I wont be ordering the Santa Fe again. I was very disappointed in this change without any changes to the menu ingredients. "

"My first time ordering from Mixt and I was pleasantly surprised. Quality of ingredients was great and fresh. Delivery from San Ramon to Castro Valley was timely. I ordered the crispy chicken poblano salad. The dressing was excellent. I also tried the fried cauliflower. It arrived soggy in a non-ventilated container. I popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they were good as new. Dipping sauce was also excellent. I didn't love the delivery fee, but I'd order from here again if not sit down at the brick and mortar. Also appreciate the compostable containers and well packaged delivery. "

"I ordered a taco salad and requested no rice. It was delivered by DoorDash and when I opened the container it was laughably small. Paid over $30 for the salad and a side. I wish I could attach a picture. A few pieces of chicken, a tablespoon of beans, sprinkling of Cojota cheese and 4 slices of avocado. I will not be coming here again. "

"The food was not labeled correctly and these were all going to different people in different departments, hence using the group order option. With a lot of sickness going around having to touch people's food is not ideal. I should not have to open someone's burger to see if they have a tomato in the burger or not to see if it theirs or someone else's burger. They should wrap each order individually and follow the names per the group order."

"Ordered calif Benedict with hash browns via DD. I was very pleased that the eggs were done perfectly and the meal was still warm when it arrived. I thought I wanted the Canadian bacon but it came with bacon with no subs. I'm glad because the bacon was done perfectly and flavorful. There is an ample amount of avocado and tomato was nicely grilled & good English muffin. I gave 4 stars because the house made hollandaise needed a little more lemon or add a small wedge, I ended up adding my own. Also hash browns were standard, would be 5 stars if potatoes were fresh. Also ordered buttermilk pancakes, that were large and very good. I'll be back to get the Ube pancakes."

"First time ordering from this place and I'm so happy I gave them a try. I really enjoyed my Rock Cod Sandwich with homemade chips and my Guinness Chocolate Cake. Everything was extremely fresh and you could see the attention to detail everywhere - including the fresh slaw on the sandwich, the housemade pickles, and the very fresh bread. Same with the dessert - as soon as I opened the package it was so obvious how fresh it was just from the appearance and aroma. Also I had to mention how extremely generous the portions are! At the time of this review (3/31/26) it feels like everyone is cutting portions and jacking prices everywhere, but this place did just the opposite - tons of chips with the sandwich, they didn't skimp on the fish serving itself, and the cake serving as HUGE.
