They never send ketchup, period. The Fries have always needed more salt. The Chicken Shack doesn't seem to have much, if any, seasoning. If, like me, you don't like mayonnaise, it is baffling that they have never offered the option of honey mustard or any other sauce. I ordered the Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Combo and the The Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito™ Combo . Ultimate is limited. The burrito lacked flavor even though it had 1 sausage patty cut in half and a 1 1/2 pieces of bacon. ULTIMATELY no!!! DO better. As for the sandwich, I dont even know why they called it Garlic anything. It was some chopped onions, mayo and cheese. No garlic flavor, to much mayo and the flat bread bun was a killjoy. Please do better, Add some garlic flavor next time because this was not it. "
