"This food has gone downhill Significantly in the last six months or so, though it could be longer. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant, and one of the very few available through doordash by my job. I don't have a lunch break and don't have the option to leave to pick something up, so I depend on doordash to help me with that. The gyro I get almost always has dried out and old meat, and a couple times I haven't even been able to eat it. The beef & cheddar also has dried meat, and when you ask for extras (like cheese sauce) they Never put it on there! The Jalapeño Poppers and Fries have been cold Every Single Time I've ordered it, as well... and everyone knows you can't reheat it and taste the same. They need to Do Better!"

"Let me start by saying that the DoorDash descriptions of the menu items are woefully inadequate! Overall the food was good, not great. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented, but under seasoned across the board. The eggrolls are filled with a dense pork mixture - if there are vegetables in it I couldn't tell. They are more like spring rolls than eggrolls. They were perfectly crisp which is impressive for delivery. The smothered breakfast croissant is massive. The sausage was good. The eggs and hashbrowns had no discernible seasoning at all. The cheese sauce - well it's cheese so what's not to like! The Cornsilog was my favorite of all I ordered. A unique dish and full of flavor. I do wish the eggs had been a little more set - the whites were a little too runny for my taste. Overall it was good, but I think I'll try them at the restaurant next time. I'm not sure their dishes are great for delivery."

"I used to love the food here as it used to be consistent, well prepared and very good. Sadly something has changed. It is different, not as flavorful and the dishes are no longer consistent. The quality has declined. The last couple times I placed orders, the entrees were poor and missing ingredients and/or items. Upon calling the manager, he kindly apologized and then said he could do nothing to correct the issue. He said only the owner could make decisions like that, but she wasnt at the store and rarely is. Being a long time customer I wanted to bring my concerns to her and asked for a returned phone call. That never happened. Hence, I went from being a weekly customer to not going at all. I cannot justify spending the prices they charge for subpar quality and service. "
