Upon calling the manager, he kindly apologized and then said he could do nothing to correct the issue. He said only the owner could make decisions like that, but she wasnt at the store and rarely is. Being a long time customer I wanted to bring my concerns to her and asked for a returned phone call. That never happened. Hence, I went from being a weekly customer to not going at all.
